they're not kohls it's people asking for your address and social security number. dont bother answering them because theyre stealing your personal information and kohls told me I dont have a debt. these people had my name spelled wrong too!

I just spoke to a woman at 800-564-5740- Charge Card Dept,she verified that I haven't had a charge account since 2005 and that I don't owe money.She seemed sincere that she was going to send the information about the calls to the Home Office so they could look into it, but who knows.I also called customer service, 866-887-8884, they were more stupid.Both depts claimed that 262-704-9780 was not a Kohl's #, but that 262-704 was a Kohl's number.I am now going to call Corporate Gift Card.I betcha if they get a lot of call they will take some action.or maybe not
