A gentleman name Brian stating he was from the Port of Houston. He was very rude when I told him someone will call him back. So this number has been added to our office list of scam callers.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.
