I received a call a from (301) 494-8749. My caller ID reflected an abbreviation for Upper Marlboro, MD. He asked is this (my name)? I didn't say yes or no. I asked him who is this. As usual, he started the conversation with a corny joke. I immediately told him that he has called me many times before and I don't believe this is a police organization. He said it is hard to tell because there are a lot of them out there. He tried to talk over me to go into his spiel (aka con job), but I didn't stop talking. I couldn't hear most of what he was saying since we were talking at the same time. I told him that I am not giving anything. That was the end of the conversation. Call received 6/27/2020 at 3:40pm
