I lived in Miami 15 years ago (with a different Miami area code number) and received a call from this number identified as from Miami and with a name I don’t recognize. They didn’t leave a message. My guess is it’s a telemarketer using a very old database updated with their prospects current phone number but old/bad address.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
