Called saying something about lowering the interest rate for my credit card; I knew it was a scam but played along and hit #1. Got transferred to a rep who asked if I was more than $10,000 in credit card debt, when I said no they hung up. Yea, you're gonna lower someone's interest rate to 0% when they owe more than $10,000?? These scams are getting really old & have no originality!

They wanted my credit card numbers and got angry when I asked what company he was calling from

I'm sterilizing his number so he will have to spend more money changing numbers again. Financially put him out of business. They call my cell phone multiple times per day. My phone is always on but yet it never rings when the call is inbound but I receive notification that I have a voice mail. When I access the voice mail there is no message, just a hang up. I have blocked this number on my phone. How can these people continue to make the calls and what do I have to do to stop the constant barrage? The DNC does not help at all.

it's about student loan forgiveness, and please just say what the call is about if you get to answer. Otherwise don't bother with the stupid remarks like stop calling etc. This is for identifying the scam they are trying to get you to fall for and get your info.
