Unknown number calling my unpublished cell, date/time Jan. 10, 2012, 12:50pm Pacific time. It was some sort of scam. When I dialed back their number from a landline for the heck of it, a fake message came on saying "This is a non-working number."

Checked the ESG Research company website, which says:"IMPORTANT NOTE: A company using the name “ESG Research” is soliciting customers to take a phone survey to win a trip to the Bahamas. That is NOT Enterprise Strategy Group.We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced, but ESG does NOT engage in these practices."So fishy indeed...

I'm on the Do Not Call list and they keep calling and don't stop.

They say it is not spam and you have been selected to participate in a 30 second survey about the nation's debt crisis. I've added this number to my Do Not Answer #11 Contact Info on my Cell Phone. The next time the number calls my phone will display "Do Not Answer #11". I have 8 numbers blocked on my home phone and 11 Do Not Answer numbers. My home number is forwarded to my cell phone. If one of the Blocked calls is received on my Cell then it will display Blocked Call. I've written to both of my Texas Senators, my Congressman and my State Congressman. No adequate response.

This number keeps calling and I'm on the do not call registry.

I just got of the phone with them. I went all the way through the whole thing until they asked for a credit card number to pay the port taxes, when I told him the card was at home and not with me he hung up on me. It must be a scam. Call taker said him name was Jeffrey Sims.

called my cell. No message. Unknown number.

Recorded message promised a free trip to the Bahamas (excluding gratuities an taxes) if you complete the short survey. AFter the 3-question survey, I was instructed to press 1 to speak with travel consultant. Call ended when I pressed 1.
