I'm a current loan holder of Quicken Loans and it came at a time that was much needed when I refinanced a year ago. Now they're calling saying my loan is eligible for an "upgrade" whatever that means. I'm currently paying mortgage insurance so if they can somehow remove that, I will be very pleased! They've been calling for over a week now and I finally answered the 888 number to begin with.. now, calls are coming from the 313 number. I was skeptical that it was Quicken Loans because since I refinanced with them, I've been getting other advertisements referencing "Quicken Loans" on them. We'll see....

Gentleman who just called from this number wanted to speak with a particular HR manager to discuss their corporate relocation program. He claimed to have been communicating with her via email. I briefly explained how to properly introduce his company and transferred him to Purchasing without asking for the name of his firm.

Call from 313-373-1893, said Quicken Loans on Caller ID. I have never contacted this company previously, so it can't be a follow-up. As a matter of fact, I have never contacted any company about loans. We are also on the do not call list.

After three calls from them today, I contacted their customer service people. Was told my phone number was in their system ,but not with my name, and it would be removed. Call 800-863-4332 if they keep calling.

Made the mistake of filling out the lending tree form. Got a call from these guys, but when I asked for the rates they had to take a bunch of info down before sending me a quote. That was last night and I still didn't get a quote back yet.

It was for employment verification for an employee. No telemarketing, all legit.

After calling the customer service number above the calls stopped immediately.
