calls all day long

I have had msgs on ans mach on 12-27-2014, 28th,29th and 30th....from 330-433-5979 two showed G.E.Capitol others unknown...on CID...they left an 800 number to call back and also stated WALMART CREDIT.COM.....i CALLED THE 800 NUMBER ON 28TH it was WalMart My account is current and I pay more then regular pmts my acct is very old was a conversion from Montgomery Wards...I spk to Connie she had no record that anyone had called and said account is in good standing told me not to give these people any info told her I did not call the 330 number on one of the msgs they stated calling from CitiBank about WalMart acct...today the call came in at 8:04AM I called the 800 # they left which is WalMart /Synchrony Bank and Spoke to Kaye she showed no call from WalMart and Synchrony Bank handles there accts said evidently some kind of Scam she confirmed nothing wrong with my acct...on one msg they left address of 170 Erection and a Suite # in Draker Utah..This is really wierd not sure what's going on...if you have a WalMart account be sure to watch your statements...

Synchrony Bank handles Walmart STORE credit card, GE Money is for Walmart Credit Card (visa or mastercard). Synchrony Bank also handles JC Penney and Amazon.com accounts........They call every number they can find that is related to u....even when u no longer have it (know who does have my old number n was told). They start at 8*am and do not stop til 11p EST 7 days week every 30 -60 min. and will leave message about every 6 hrs. but not as consistent as calls. I could understand if they were owed thousands by me (to go after me like a bull dog)-but Im on disability and do not carry balances over $175 so my minimum payments are less than 25mo. and am "2-3 days late" according to their due when calls start. Told them repeatedly my checks come monthly so im paid ahead a month to avoid late fees...put on hold forever and come back (80% of time and dont apologize) saying ''your file is now updated with this info. n thank you for doing business w\ x-y- and z!!" Not given a chance to say ''its been updated many times b4.......stop calling me!" SMH

We have repeatedly told them that we were in a car accident I can’t work only can pay the mortgage right now… so we can't pay ( Walmart, JC Penny, Bells, ect…..). I never been late on a payment in eight years. They call me from five to eight times every day & night, including Sundays starting at 8:00 AM Sharp! And not ending until 9:00 PM. They don’t say anything when we answer the phone They call Other family members and asks them to pay my bill its so F---ing ridiculous.
