These idiots called me just now. I run an e cig shop, and they called the number for the shop, idiots.

Just because these callers aren't directly selling during the call does not make their calls legal vis a vis the Telephone Sales Rules. The FTC and ruled that using "surveys" to qualify potential sales leads does make the callers subject to the DNC rules and they must screen against DNC listed numbers before calling.

No response, just dead air so i hung up. i hate these stupid calls. I don't understand how they try to scam me if they don't speak.

I received a call from this number on 8/5/2014 at 3:37pm Location says = Florida Left no voice mail

We have asked these people not to call and they keep harassing us.

Yeah, but now the spammers and the scammers have VoIP to get around phone companies. Ever since its invention and ready availability I've noticed a sizable increase in scam/spam phone calls because now the idiots can disguise their phone number. In fact, I've recently gotten calls from one particular scammer whose number shows up as a local phone number, as in the very same small town.

Try calling this number instead: 352-264-0044. That is supposed to be A C Marketing's main phone number.
