at 9:15 AM, claimed he is with Nspire and said something about finding jobs for the homeless. Especially since he woke me up, I told him to take me off his list. He was still talkng when I hung up.

This is the second time I have received a (spam) call from this number. They asked if I were an active investor; when I said no, they asked if I would be interested in information on "up and coming companies looking for investors". I said no, and hung up.
