Called on 02/17/2014 @ 05:58 PM. I've blocked this #, but Optimum's inept system fails on a regular basis. Nothing more I can do but what I always do. Ignore the calls. They hang up on 4 rings and my voicemail is set for 5, so they don't know if it's an active #. But unfortunately that doesn't stop them from continually trying.
This number called our business at 1024 this Saturday morning. (We're not open on Saturdays at this time of year.) The caller ID said "A C Marketing." I've gotten numerous calls from them before. A woman asked for the boss by full name. I told her curtly, "You're calling a business." She replied, "I'm sorry about that. Thank you," then disconnected. Can I hope that they will never plague us again? I can hope but I'm not holding my breath with those scum-sucking spammers/scammers.
This scammer has been calling daily even though I used Optimum's blocking feature. I don't know how they bypass it, but they are not the only ones who bypass the block. We just ignore callers we don't recognize.
The young lady voice from this phone # 352-375-0086 called, asked for someone else name beside me & hang up.
