Caller from 360-474-4990: Gave "Peter Williams" as name, calling from "Microsoft". Tricked me to install "ByteFence" that then locked up my computer for ransom of $300 in gift cards. Was resolved by computer tech services removing the recently added "HTKY" program.

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
