The caller refused to identify himself and was very aggressive. He insisted that his car had been hit and a card with my number was left on the windshield. He refused to identify who he was, where the alleged accident took place, or anything else and began cursing and demanding my insurance information. I had not been in any accidents or left a card with my number anywhere so felt he was trying to badger me to give up my personal information to make a false claim.
