It is Verizon Wireless out of RI. If your account is past due for more than a week the phone calls will begin. Doesn't matter if it's $4 or $400. If you are late they will call you everyday, all day periodically until you pay your account up to date.

He was jabbering on about crystal meth arriving this morning, and something about it being like heroine you inject in your arm.
