Just started getting them too...up to THREE calls a day. Just went to their website and checked Privacy Policy at bottom...Log into your account, click My Account, click Contact Preferences...There you can select whether or not you want phone calls & emails from them, and if so, how often. Easy breezy, no being put on hold.
Googled the number, saw that it was Omaha Steaks, which I love and order from, just don't want the calls. Called their 800 number, and the gentleman was very nice, apologized for any inconvenience and promptly removed my number.
FINALLY called the number back and asked to be taken off call list immediately and forever. Hoping that works. This is a foolish way for a company to try to boost sales. Who wants unsolicited calls, day after day. Never heard of such a thing. I'm a bit surprised at Omaha Steaks. Would think their product would speak for itself.
Thanks for letting me know it's Omaha Steaks. Tried them and didn't care for them, will never order from them again. So far only recieved 1 call, hopefully will not become annoying
