I didn't answer it and they did not leave a voice mail. Federal law prohibits businesses from making unsolicited automated calls and robocalls to consumers. These people keep calling even though I have blocked their number. They are a fraud and it is a scam.

bit coin scam email gave this number.. ( fake paypal ) phishing and bank theft suspected.
Suspicious because name came up instead of number. Name read Fraud/Possible Fraud. Once blocked it showed number.

Received come on romantic text greeting from this number. I googled it as I do other suspect phone numbers.
I reported it as junk on apple phone.
This is a scam number, owner trying to scam me with the story of a fake check
