Ok who ever it is. They need to stop, this person called and they used a voice changer. I couldn't understand anything. I didn't answer so they left a message. I thought it was one of my friends who call to mess around so I called back but the it said I can't call tht number

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
