These guys are a real collection agency who refuse to obey any of the legal statutes governing the industry. They have call centres all around the world so the people who call you don't even know what it is they are calling about. They will patch you through to a Canadian office if you stay on the line long enough. Complaining to the government or the BBB or anyone is relatively ineffective. But why not complain to the guy who owns it? His name is Bob Richards. He is the CEO. You can find his email on the internet. He also runs a company called Front Line Group- a subsidiary of CBV and both share their HQ in Vancouver. Their twitter is @flg_frontline - out them on social media. They do payroll service for a number of companies. You can find out who they are on the web. If you do business with these companies call them up and threaten to boycott unless they stop doing business with Front Line. That will hurt Bob Richards bottom line. In other words, take the complaint to Bob Richards front door.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
