I don't recognize this number. Robo-caller speaks and leaves "message" even when I do not answer. They have my true name and they ask if they are speaking to me. I hang up because they DO NOT IDENTIFY THEMSELVES. Have had several calls despite being on the "Do Not Call" registry. If they would just say who they are, I might be interested in speaking with them. So sick of having my cell phone minutes gobbled up by these losers.

Very annoying, as the robo voice does not identify who is calling. If you call back the number, you are offered an opportunity to stop receiving calls from "My Advocate." Who knows if they will honor it, but press 3 anyway if you want to try to make them stop calling.

CALLER FROM 424-652-5317 do not identify themselves leave a voice box message asking me to press numbers which I will not do. A law should require all numbers be identified who is calling.Well I blocked from my cell phone because no identification.

I didn't answer because the number was unknown but now that I've read these comments I guess I should have. Scan is my health plan. They are a really awesome insurance but they call a lot! I actually told my Dr it was like being telemarketed. That's not true of course, the calls really are useful most of the time but the one where they try to get you to see a plan Dr who will come to your home and review your meds and health history...NOT HELPFUL! They will try and change your mind from a script just like a telemarketer but ALWAYS SAY NO! If they push , the magic words are I'm going to have to report you to the plan. I won't say who told me that in case not many people know but it works like a charm.

They ARE affiliated with Scan health plan. Identified themselves as "My Advocate" and wanted to see if we qualify for special rates, programs, etc due to low income or whatever. I told them no and, hopefully, that should end it.

I got this call today and I am NOT a Scan member

it is a scam call. I do not have, nor have I ever heard of this health plan!
