This caller is very annoying. Hangs up every time I answer and when I called back, a French woman said her name was Valerie and that she would call back. This is pure harassment and I plan on contacting the carrier Iristel Inc. to make a complaint about their client.

They are claiming to be a police service and wanted me to click a link to get a survey - this is clearly a scam.
I've been getting multiple calls a day from this number, and the phone has never rung long enough to go to my voicemail, so I'll NEVER answer it. What's interesting is that the number is registered in the small town I was born in 70 years ago!
