Received a call from this number today in Texas. Caller ID states from MD. Didn't answer but called back and there was a really strange, fast busy signal.
I am in area code 951, received call before 8 this AM, from this number since it was an unknown number I did not answer, after checking this site it appears that a great deal of the people have T-Mobile......I do as well, out of curiosity I am going to contact Customer Service to see what they say.
I just got a call from this number and it was a weird recorded message of a woman speaking in spanish but the recording was already well into the message when I answered.
There are companies out there, believe it or not, that call numbers from call lists to see if they are still active. They don't need to actually talk to you (hence Spanish or other languages) only verify that it is a valid number so when they sell the list to a marketing company, the numbers have been pre-verified.
Called me just now, (8:30ish AM) on my cell phone, I didn't answer. No message. In San Diego County area.

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
