Caller ID shows March of Dimes. No message left. This is about the 15th number that they used in the past several month. At least they don't call multiple times a day.

At least your caller ID doesn't just say "Out of Area". They call my home ph at least 3 times a week. Just got another call today. It only rings once cause it's been blocked for 3 mos, now! I contribute to the March of Dimes, once a yr, but NEVER by ph solicitation, or any other charity for two reasons: You never know if it's really that charity or someone w a P.O. Box going elsewhere; and if it is a true charity telemarketer, they are going to get at least 20% of your donation & usually much more.I called a ministry I give to and asked about a red mark on the envelope the telemarketer sent for my donation, (who I thought was a ministry volunteer). I was shocked to know that it designated 30% of my donation to the telemarketer. I was removed from their calling list. They, now, probably PAY a "telemailer" to send me the donation requests!! Guess they'd rather get 70% than none!I really don't believe this is the March of Dimes calling me. I think it's a political poll. I'm trying to find out for sure.
