called me about an urgent matter regarding my "account" with them that i never had. must be SCAM!
Fake as hell. Got a call, automated message said SANTOS has an overdue bill and to call this number. I called it, after asking for my # it said I owed 300 some odd dollars and asked for payment. I got someone on the line (they said they were with Sprint) and they asked for my pin. When I wouldn't give it to them they asked for my security questions and I refused and hung up.Then I called the official sprint line and confirmed I didn't owe anything and that the 480 # wasn't a sprint number. Then the sprint rep asked if I had shared any security info.

Called Sprint and yes, this is a SCAM. The SCAM number gives you the wrong amount owing and has no real information about your account. if you pay attention, the recordings are even different than the real Sprint recordings.
This is Sprint calling [using different voice, my first/last name] about an important matter with your account...This same number calls ONLY when I have forgotten to pay my bill on time. I spoke with a sprint customer service rep that said the number wasn't theirs, but then spoke to her manager who informed me that it's NOT a Sprint number, HOWEVER, Sprint outsources the finance calls. It's SUPPOSED to only be calling the primary number on the account. As a matter of safety, call *2 from your phone instead of calling the number back directly. You'll be directed to customer finance if your bill is past due, or to customer service if it's in good standing.

My calls were being forwarded to this number and I have no idea how it happened.
They hung up. In the last ten days I've had unauthorized credit card charges and an identity theft related to a Medicare fraud case. I suspect this is related.

Medicredit I believe possibly is scam/fraud calls involving medical insurance, medicare. Courts WILL decide !!
