It is tricare south with a pre-recorded message - called first on a Saturday and we missed the call. Calling back led to a series of automated menus so we quit trying. They will not leave a message but they will eventually call back.
Called today, only rang once. No message left. Caller ID showed "Humana Inc". We have Anthem BCBS FEP insurance. Probably a sales call.
It's Tricare Region South, not a sales call. My credit card had expired and they needed an updated card to process my monthly payment. Legit call.

The voice message came from another county, didn't give a clear name for their business, why they were calling, nor address did they address me by name. So I'm assuming it was a spam pfishing expedition of some sort.
