CID was "SSI". Hang-up call left on answering machine. Calls from multiple phone numbers in an apparent attempt to circumvent Do Not Call (DNC). Of course, no legitimate organization would do this.

Won’t give up I never answer but they keep dialing it up. Irritating, say it’s debt collection and city says Dallas.
