Got this call around 4:30 p.m. EST on 2-22-11. Yup, that same Spanish lady with some stupid message, apparently taped. I'm on the Do Not Call list. To stop it, I'll try the FTC do not call number.
I just received a called from this number I speak spanish and the recording said that I had won $3000 so I pressed 1 to get more info some guy answered in spanish asking for my name I told depends with who I'm talking with and his respond was and I quote "look buddy go to hell" in spanish of course
