My son has a cell phone and is a student and this has happened twice today. It gets very annoying!!
I had a missed call numbe this number last night... just trying to figure out who it could be. They left no message. I've had no strange facebook requests.
Just got a call to my cell from this number ~4:29 PM EST. I don't answer unrecognized numbers, so I let it go to voicemail. No message left.
I got a call from this number today at 3:51 while at work. I did not answer and when I just called back it a couple of times and it was busy.
Spanish-speaking caller starts call quickly and loudly about money owed. Obviously a scare tactic for phishing Spanish-speaking recipients. To the rest of you, it's merely an annoying call. Block this one if you have the means.

Just got a call from this number a minute ago. I didn't answer, but I've gotten strange calls from recordings in Spanish before. Not sure Facebook has anything to do with it, although I just signed in and responded to a friend's comment. Not sure it's connected. May have just been a random coincidence.
