Just got the call at 4:14 PM CT. It is a simulated voice speaking in Spanish. They say "You have won 3 thousand dollars, please press 1." (Or something close to that.) I did not press anything. The call was then disconnected by the caller. I was laughing so maybe they were listening and hung up.
I got a call from this number on my cell phone. Who is? and Why are they trying to call me?

This is a SCAM-Goes to voice mail and asks you to leave your SSN. The social security admin will never ask you to leave your SSN on a voice mail. Letter looks very official, but it's not.
