Message by female w/strong accent. Called back thinking it was from vendor I'd been dealing with and he who answered was another foreigner insisting I do something on my computer to get refund on Windows program that I never purchased. There should be no transfer of private info from seller to these moron scammers. How can I keep my account information safe since it was NOT given to them, but only at time of purchase. Truly a big SCAM!!!!

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
