Called back thinking it was from vendor I'd been dealing with and he who answered was another foreigner insisting I do something on my computer to get refund on Windows program that I never purchased. There should be no transfer of private info from seller to these moron scammers. How can I keep my account information safe since it was NOT given to them, but only at time of purchase. Truly a big SCAM!!!!
