Call came in to my unlisted ATT cell phone number which is never used for phone service (data only). I did not answer the call. Also received call from 949-256-9161, from which people have reported similar car warranty scams.Also received unknown call from 706-273-3804.
Always inquiring about expired car warrenties. I just purchased a BRAND new car...not going to fall for the ole "expired warrenty" trick when I clearly know it is based on miles and they would have no idea how many miles are on my car.
Got it 2 minutes ago, didn't answer it as i was online working.Just googled the area code and found this site. Glad i didn't answer.Ty in Calif.
They have called me twice in the past 5 minutes on my cell (I am at work) and won't leave a messege. It is a scam. How can I get them to stop calling me?
this number and these ppl have called me multiple times in the last few weeks...with the same story as you all have posted above...renewing my cars warranty..what a crock!!!...who do you talk to to get this scam shut down...its getting rather old
