its a telemarketing company... I called back and entered my number to be removed from their database.
I'm in Kansas and I got the call in Spanish as well. It said "you've just won $1,000, press 1 to redeem your prize." I hung up. This is annoying, I got another stupid call (in English) from a completely different number today as well.
