I got a call from ATT stating that I was going to receive my check service at home (which I ordered) but started selling me direct TV, asked me about my last 4 digits of SS#, and to confirm my address. Which I did, because they sounded like they were going to perform my ATT service at home

He said he would give me a call later for the price and confirmation of the new service he was selling me (satellite internet) and he never called. I am trying to return the call but the phone seems not to be working

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
