Weird that its always Scotiabank, we do not have a scotia bank account, they called once with no message left. Weirdd... lol
it was scotia bank selling accidental death insurance, which I already have with them, but they tried to sell me a different plan. just ask then not to sign you up and send it to your home address, the one they ahve in their pc at the bank.
had a lady call with a canadian accent asking for "Diego". had other calls asking for the same person but phone numbers showed up as 1 866........ asking for the same person the other times. I AM GETTING ANNOYED!!! I asked them to take me off their contact list but they still haven't done so, whats going on???
Yah, pretty much the same , thick accent saying he's a scotia Direct rep. looking to confirm that I knew this guy and his location. I said I didn't know that he was a scotia rep . and that I would'nt tell him any info if I knew!!
they called me too many times and I do not own any vehicles with Scotia Dealer advantange.. I called Scotia bank and they said it is most likely a scam.
They called me too telling me there was a problem with a transaction and they needed some information - I told them to call me back and of course they never did.
I kept missing the call whenever it came in and after seeing these posts I called the number to check and it says Scotia Bank. The recording says that they have been trying to get in touch with me but missed me and would try again in the future. How would they know that their number showed up on my phone???

I've been getting multiple calls a day from this number, and the phone has never rung long enough to go to my voicemail, so I'll NEVER answer it. What's interesting is that the number is registered in the small town I was born in 70 years ago!
