This guy called saying he was in the market to purchase a home, relocating from NY to TX. He talked a lot, including politics. He said he was in the $700k to $900k range and would pay cash... but he never provided proof of funds or a pre-approval. Then he said we’d go see some homes and that he was on his way to the area with his family, traveling by land, so it would take him a few days. I tried following up, but he always had excuses and said he’d let me know... Then he just disappeared, so based on other colleague’s similar experience with alleged “prospects”, it’s clear this guy was just pulling my leg and wasting my time on the phone.

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
