On my bill I have daily calls made TO this number when I never called the number. What is this about???

Did Anyone find out what this number is about??? I got about ten phone calls from them today and didn't even know... just found it on my phone bill ... does anyone what this is?
you can dial that number and it will ask you what number you want to dial. my experience is that it goes directly to the persons voice mail (providing they're a google voice customer). You can leave a message for them or if you hit the star key it will ask you your 4 digit pin. After entering your pin, you can listen to your messages or you can place a call from that number. Your cellphone bill will not show what number you called, it will only show this 518 number.
the same thing happened to me i never got a call it showed up myt my fone bill for like 1 minbyut like 20 times
After reviewing a bill for a smart phone from a major provider and reading the posts here, it looks like every call that gets kicked over to voicemail at google voice gets billed 1 minute for call forwarding to this number.
Found five pages of calls to this number on my tmobile account this month on an account which hardly gets any more than 15-20 mins of usage a month. T-mobile themselves kept me on the phone for an hour and a half pretending to check this out prior to telling me that they could increase the price of my service to cover these calls OR charge me not to have to pay for them.I get the impression that they have had lots of complaints about this number (there are too many calls for it to be GoogleVoice PLUS there are never any GV messages in my GMail account) and they now know to put complainers on indefinite hold with obnoxiously loud elevator music playing in an attempt to get rid of customers who complain.Does this happen with other carriers?

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.

Got a letter that said I applied for an AMAZON card. Called the number to inquire what this was for, they started asking for personal information. When I said no they hung up on me.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
