harassing phone calls

Keeps calling my cell.. Texted it to stop calling. Got another call telling me to call a 900 number (25 cents/min at my cost) to tell them to stop. THE FREAKING NERVE! How do we get this type of harassment outlawed?

Unwanted numerous calls. This must be stopped. In the past have received threatening calls demanding money from another number. This number should be shut down.

Looking for Joseph. When told that this wasn't his number started to ask additional question who was a diabetic.

I received 7 calls the other day from this number and it was when all the bad storming was happening and i Have a son that lives in Florida so I was concerned. Everytime I would answer nobody was there. I finally got the last call at 8pm and they said they were a diabetic care whatever and they were contacted by my insurance as a benefit to me to receive pain cream for neuropathy. They knew all of my info and address and insurance information. I am wondering now if this is a scam.

called the number back. I got an automated directory. This is about diabetes awareness. If you listen to the directory it gives you the option to opt out and put on their "Do Not Call List" Press 3 and listen further to press 3 again to be put on the list. I did this today, will see if it works. They are calling my business number which is very annoying.

the one pitch is that you are eligible for a new glucose meter and that there will be no cost to you. They do have your information and verify your doctors name and ask for his phone number. I tell them that I am happy with my meter then in a few days there's another meter! I am sure it is an insurance scam and I have called my dr. to say that I don't want any item from that number. If there is a good fraud investigation on this I want in. Some way some how these people are making money from the insurance company and if that's the case I am expecting a huge bill which will injure my credit rating because I am not paying them one cent.
