I RECEIVED A CALL FROM SOMEONE NAMED BLAKE SAID HE IS A COMPLIANCE OFFICER FOR THE CITY OF LA AND HAD TO PROVIDE ME WITH MY CASE ID NUMBER, ETC... I DID NOT LET HIM FINISH TALKING AND JUST HUNG UP ON HIM. FIRST OFF, IF ANYONE HAS A CASE PENDING OR IS BEING SUED FOR MONEY, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A PHONE CALL, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA USPS FROM THE OTHER PARTY, JUST SAYING. THESE CALLS ARE REALLY ANNOYING. HOW CAN THESE BE STOPPED?

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
