Receive 14+ calls a week, and a few times they used an automated system to say they are looking for "my name". Could be a scam because most of the time they leave no message and do not respond when I do answer, but they do know when I return their call; or in my case could be a collection agency or its subset because Primus owes me money but said I owe them. Likely a machine slip-up on Primus' part given the computerized inevitable nature of citizens' automatic guilt these days. If I block the number another is chosen.

The person calling from #1-604-296-3233 won't stop calling me everyday on my landline phone and then hangs up right away after 3 to 4 rings before I get to it,I am not familiar with that number.

Its a collections agency pay your bill goof

Say they are a collections agency but tried telling me I owed money to some power company that I've never heard of. They also call looking for someone else or another time they left a message about a great invest my opportunity. [***] scammers.

How do you know it’s a collection agency? Do you work there? I’m betting it’s CBV. If you do work there I feel sorry for you and the rest of the slugs that work there too. CBV has the worst reputation in the industry for harassing people and trying to collect debts that are not collectable.If you don’t work there then why don’t you just keep your trap shut and mind your own business.Goof!
