I just emailed the head hauncho there and I will see if he gets back to me. I just said to take my phone number off as they have the wrong number and the person they are looking for I do not even know. They probably had this number before me.I have experienced the samething, I press "4" and they say they will update their records and they call back in a few days. I have pressed that #4 about 50 times!!.Hopefully this time it works. I tried to file a complaint with the BBB but it is one of those forms you have to fill out. There is no general email from them (that I saw) I will look back and see if I can. If I find the proper info, I will send it over - Linda

I got a ph mssg. from wiggins adjustments today. The caller's nm is Anne and gave me a file # to call back. I have no idea why they called me. I do not think I owe $ to anybody. That makes me so upset. I will call them on Monday to find out... ph# they asked me to cal back is 6045300211

if it were just that easy......firstly try telling a jumped up little jerk who hears it all the time that it is a wrong number -secondly try proving to them on the phone who you are....without compromising your own privicy - after all HE could be a conman after your sin and dob for fraudelent purposes-thirdly just TRY calling their head office and speaking to a live person -and why should you fork out on long distance calls -its not your fault they can't do thier jobs properly...just hope it never happens to you mate -maybe then you'll realise the frustration theses jerks cause.

A girl answered the ph today and told me that it was a parking ticket from diamond parking.I asked her for plate # for the car and it is not my plate # at all. They promised to remove my ph # from their list. What are these jerks doing??

this 'Micheal' said the debt was over a year old.....so if it had been my debt, or a fraudelent credit card, it would have showed up on my credit report. My report shows that Wiggins checked my report beginning of April 09 and i did'nt get a call from them until May 09 -they knew before they called me that this debt was not on my credit report.

They state on how they do not hire collectors that have worked at other agencies, they want to groom them. yeah that is probably why those employees are so dumb, as they do not know how collections is done, they think that Wiggins way is the right way. If they went on to any other collection agency, they would be fired. Yeah, they've called me twice. They've got the wrong person but there's no way of telling them. Their phone operator talks too fast to get a phone number or their file number. I looked up their web page and it is totally useless. You can't email a person. They just want nice comments. I left a message on their answering machine but told them my phone number as fast as their operator told me theirs. You'd think a company that's been in business since 1929 would have its act together. Maybe it's the dying dregs of a collection company. Good riddance.
