I just got a call from "Katie" Same stories as below... said we signed up for some publication, said we owed $195, threatened to take further action. I asked to hear the recording of our employee ordering the publication, she refused, I asked to see an invoice, she refused. I hung up on her.

They called me during work and said they will send a complimentary subscription to environmental compliance alert. Months later my company receives an invoice for $299. \We refused to pay threatened legal action. No word since then.

same story as everyone else here. I reported them to the AG in NY. If enough people do the same, hopefully the get shut down. Call and harass them.. taste of their own medicine.

Yes our company was scammed too.......now getting bills.....canceled the 1st bill as soon as we got it. Crappy newsletters as well, pretty useless stuff. Keep getting more........Finally emailed again with threats of attornys and filing a BBB report..........We'll see what happens next!!!

Just receved a call from this company yesterday, and I didn't know about all of this stuff that is going down with this company. I e-mail them back to be taken off their list. I guess I'm going to be in for a long ride also.

Same story as everyone else. I asked for a copy of the bill (which she hesitantly sent via fax). I was about to pay the bill until I decided to research their company and I am glad I did. I was on vacation for a couple days only to come back to work and find numerous messages from Amanda. I called her back, told her I had done some research and was not going to be paying this bill. Also told her I spoke to my attorney who also advised me against paying it until they can provide tangible proof that I ordered the product they say I did. She was very rude after I told her I researched her company as well. She clearly stated "I don't care what you think of me or my company, I am just trying to collect the money for a service you received". We keep mail records at work and have never received their product or even a bill. She refused to hear any of this and eventually hung up on me. If I hear anything back from here I will contact the NY Attorney General Consumer Frauds at 607-721-8771. I will also put in a fraudulent complaint to the US Postal Service too.

Received a call from this # saying my company is in collections for a publication. We don't have nor do we use any paid subscriptions to any thing period, this is a scam.

I received acall from Amanda asking me to pay for 94$ for the subscription of Supervisor's safety Bulletin from Progressive Business Publications. We never received these but she claimed it was verified with the post office that those were delivered to our business address. I told her I never authorized such subscription and she said my DOB was proof I did. She further said that Progressive Business Publications sent me an email. They got my email ad wrong! I told our Administrator about it and she said she had the same experience. I called Amanda back and told her that our office have been a victim of this scam. I told her she needs to speak with our Administrator then she hung up. It's very clear that it is a SCAM!@

Called and said that I owed for publication that I did not order. They called my business line.

SCAM. Do not give these vultures jack sh**. The fact that they have been pulling this scam for many, many years now and nobody has shut them down yet is a symbol for how f**** up the system really is. I cannot believe people actually work for these people and can go home at night and live with themselves. They are lowlife scumbag vultures who shouldn't even be breathing the same air I do. I hope the CEO of this company gets cancer of the worst kind.
