So tired of spammers. Like so many others, I am on the Do Not Call list, and I NEVER answer if the number is unfamiliar. I get approx. 1 call a day from an unknown #. Obviously this system is not working. Thanks to free services like CallCenter.com and 800Notes.com, people like us have a place to look up these numbers and compare notes.

Pbuck1, why didn't you ask this perp who they are? That would have made it possible for people like me to sue them under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, which gives you AT LEAST $500 per call whenever they call you.

If you're so sick of these calls, why not sue them under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, which gives you AT LEAST $500 PER CALL every time they call you? In most states, you can sue them under the TCPA in small claims court, which makes it incredibly easy. Just go into court with your phone screenshots and phone records to show the judge that they called you on such and such dates, and the judge will automatically award you the judgement. Better yet, you usually don't even have to go into court. You just send the perpetrator a threatening "demand letter" and they'll usually pay up because they don't want a judgement against them showing up in the court system because it makes them an attractive target for class-action lawsuits. BUT BEFORE YOU SUE THEM, YOU HAVE TO IDENTIFY THEM, so you have to keep them on the phone long enough to find out why they are so you can serve them with notice that you're going to sue them. That's the key step that almost nobody on 800Notes takes.

Wow...Aren't you a joy & delight? I bet you are more fun than a barrel of monkeys at parties. While i dont agree with their tactics, it's the companies behind the calls who are the problem. NOT the individual caller. Just block them & mice on with your pathetic little life. To sit there & make fun of a group of people who were not fortunate enough te be born in a developed country who are just trying to feed their families sshows how uneducated and ignorant you are. I feel sorry for you.

Called my cell phone. Not sure how they got the number but its frustrating as hell. Left no message....must not be important.

You'll never get rid of them until you make them decide not to call you. I like this one: "Yes?" (they start asking questions), just keep answering ALL QUESTIONS with "Yes!". Eventually they will figure out they have dialed a mental hospital, and will take you off their list. It is a lot more fun too! Give them what they deserve is my motto. :>)
