My house is also listed on Zillow. A few days ago, I received a text from an email address from presumably, Andrea Correll. I then receive a text yesterday from this number stating that his wife had texted me about our house that if for sale. I agree that this is a hoax.

I got a text from this number about my home I have for sale requesting that I email. It was worded strange, everything about it was strange.
Same as above.. stated they saw my house listed for sale a few weeks ago and wanted me to email them.. House hadn't been listed for at least 6 months!

Yup, had a commercial property listed on Zillow, make me move...which they just turned off. Maybe Zillow sold the info?
Recieved a text message inquiring about my house that was for sale a few weeks ago. They gave an email wanting me to respond via this e-mail. There was an obvious typo in the email making it not work, although I didn't try. My house had not been for sale a few weeks ago. I thought it was weird.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
