This was a text, actually. I received it on 9/5/17. It read as follows:"My name is Jim Phillips, President of KETTNER/CASSIDY ARBITRATION. I received information from Alameda County Superior Court that a lawsuit had been filed against you on 8/25/2017 by Bank of America, N.A./Suttell & White Law Office."Sheela P****ali vs. Bank of America, N.A."This is not the entirety of the message. If you go in to read the whole thing, this "Jim Phillips" tells you how he has suspended or resolved many cases filed by this Suttell & Hammer and how he can protect your assets.Though it would appear that both Jim Phillips and Kettner/Cassidy exist, I'm pretty certain that an attorney who is actually worth the money would not reach out to a potential client via text or at the very least would make certain to have the correct number before firing that little missive off.

We received a phone text with exact info. I contact an attorney and was told its a scam to get you banking info.

Jim Phillips is texting me about a superior court case for Wells Fargo filed. I have since learned this is a scam.
