It is West Asset Management, credit collection company.

They are a very dishonest collection agency that deals with student loans. DO NOT GIVE THEM any BANK ACCOUNT NUMBERS OR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS, they will take what they want without notice.

I have had three phone calls this week from this agency, or what ever this outfit is. They yelled at me demanding payment asap. They ask if you wound like pay credit or check, I said I do not transactions over the phone, he got very bellergerant and started to yell at me. I went too the computer and put the phone no. I had on caller id 623-238-6092. It comes back to a cellphone in Glendale, Az. Do not give them any credit card or your banking information.

These people are morons. They are unprofessional and just plain ignorant.They are trying to collect a bill that I paid over a year ago. I actually faxed them a copy of the cashed check and they still call. I am seeking legal counsel against them.

Have called numerous times asking for social security # becuase of student loans-Have told them to stop calling

Numerous calls from this number as well. Same woman named "Shawna" every time. And, every time, she ask for the last four of my social while refussing to tell me what company she is with or why she wants my personal and secured information. She says, "I plan on telling you that as soon as you veerify the information. We already have it, but I need to be sure it's you." I repeat that I will not share my info until she advises me why and she repeats the same above phrase. This last time we went back and forth several times like that and then she just said, "fine!! We'll just send it to you in the mail." click..

this number has been calling my mother for a supposed student loan that she owes. she has never had a student loan in her life and they are harrasing her.they certainly are rude and unprofessional. do not give them any type of information.

THEY HARASS AND THREATENED PEOPLE IN TO PAYMENT AGREEMENTS. THE TRICK IS, THE ZOMBIES DON'T HAVE ANY LEGAL RECOURSE TO COLLECT ON SAID DEBT. THIS IS WHAT MOST PEOPLE DON'T KNOW. THEY WILL TRY TO PUT NEGATIVE MARKS ON YOUR CREDIT HISTORY, BUT ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS CONTEST IT AND THE CREDIT HISTORY COMPANIES WILL REMOVE IT. DO NOT CALL THEIR TOLL FREE NUMBERS.LIKE I SAID, IT IS OLD DEBT. OLD DEBT THAT IS MORE THAN 7 YEARS OLD THAT HAS PASSED THE STATUE OF LIMITATIONS. THE ZOMBIE COMPANIES BUY IT CHEAPLY FROM THE OLD CREDITORS AND TRY TO HARASS YOU INTO A PAYMENT AGREEMENT. YOU ARE SAFE AS LONG AS YOU DON'T AGREE TO A PAYMENT AGREEMENT. ONE YOU ENTER A PAYMENT AGREEMENT WITH THESE ZOMBIES, THE DEBT BECOMES BRAND NEW AND LEGAL. THEY ARE CALLED ZOMBIES BECAUSE THEY ARE OLD DEBT RESURRECTED FROM THE DEAD.
