Question for you all. Are you getting this phone call send to you to a real mobile number or on a mobile app number? In my case, I was using an app called Text Now. (Not my real cell phone number) It has come to my attention that when using apps like Text Now, and contacting the types of people, one generally contacts on apps like that, the number seems to also open up to a very suspicious community of callers and messages.
Sent private info and family pictures saying to pay 1500 then negotiated to 300 it’s not cool to play with threatening kids. It was funny with the irs scams but now this is getting out of hand don’t send money. By sending money your encouraging them to continue this scam
Threats to me and family, photos of gang killings. Wants you to pay a fee otherwise you and your family get killed.

Called three times and left no message. The third time the name that came up on my phone was Authors Club president. I answered and the caller then said they were collecting on a debt, claimed they were recording the call. Scam.
