I have received several calls from this number indicating that it looked like I'd charged a visa with an amount early in the morning and if I didn't make the charge I was advised to immediately either press a button - can't remember which one - or failing that, to call this number back. I never did press the button that they directed me to use, nor did I call the number back. It's so obviously a scam although maybe some poor soul would not know that and would make contact with them and find that they've been taken.
