The lady was VERY rude. The call asked if I was (Name) and if I was to press 1 or press 2 if I wasn't. I pressed 2 and a lady picked up. I explained to her I pressed 2 and she stated she could not tell what number I pressed, so I said I am telling you I pressed 2 and she hung up. I called back (I think they have caller ID) and they picked up and hung up!!! Extremely Displeased!!!

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
