My daughter got a call from this number...the caller seemed to know a few things about her. He probably got this info from her Facebook page. The caller better hope and pray I don't find out who they are. I promise you that sooner or later I will find you. This is in no way a threat because threats aren't allowed here...it is merely a promise.

There is a web service where a person can hide their caller ID and, in fact, type in the number they want you to see as their (fake) caller ID. I think the web site is spoolcard spoofing or somethink like that. I've received a few of these calls, very similar to what I just read above. I think this web site spoolcard spoofing should be shut down. They make money for providing this service, but the service does nothing but cause trouble in the lives of others.

SUPER creepy, just got a call from this number and it was some creepy deep guys voice. all he said was hello and i hung up. 696 isn't even an area code is it?

just found out it's my friend using a fake number. he's a douche haha and he wont tell me how he does it.

So I just got a call from this number 696 969 6969.... Its said calling from Chinese Food... N it's 2:15 in the morning.... Totally not cool.... I was sleeping But turns out it was my bestfriend using this number from some apps that makes prank call. Whoever made this apps, is totally needs to find sumthin better to do... [***] punks!!!

I got a few calls like this last nite n I dont think it is from Idenity theft, this person who called me , knew my name and way way to much personal info... like bedroom personal info. I was told someone can ulter their voice on a comp or cell phone app.... it is some one U kno. it has to be.... but it is freaky though....
