They call me non stop. Early in the A.M and late P.M . THEY WON'T LEAVE A VOICE MAIL BACK
I called them back because they kept calling and calling they said my name immediately once i called back told them to stop calling me.

get calls EVERYDAY. after blocking the number, they leave a silent voice mail.
When you answer the phone they hang up. They are trying to see if the number is actually associated with a person or not. Most likely they will clone the number.
This number called the other day didnt answer as I didnt recognize the number. Turns out my hunch was right another spam caller. It's the only calls I get nowadays
