Not a great connection, said they needed my address because they couldn't reach me at my employer's office. Hung up, they called back and left a message. Heard 'verification services' and that they tried to mail something to me related to Coronavirus but it was returned, so were looking for my correct address. Quality of the connection and accents of both callers (different people) indicates the call possibly originated elsewhere and spoofed a local number. Web search of the displayed phone number returns 'unknown' from all reliable sources.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
